We are very happy to announce that we have strengthened our Business Development Leadership Team in the Americas region with a series of promotions. The changes, aimed at enhancing client service and delivering sustainable growth, follow on from the promotion of Paul Lewis to the role of Global Head of Business Development last year. 

We continue to see strong growth in the Americas region from multinationals looking to implement global employee benefits programmes. 

To support this growth, Larry Howley, Julie Nye and Lauren Kelly have all been promoted to Regional Managers and will become part of the Business Development Leadership team effective from 1 April 2022. They join Erica Sebastianutti, who has been with MAXIS since July 2021 as the Regional Manager for the South and Mid-Atlantic regions.   

Larry, has over 10 years’ experience in global employee benefits, holding roles across financial management, global underwriting and business development. He has been promoted to Regional Manager for the Northeast, sharing this large region with Julie Nye. 

As well as her responsibilities in the Northeast region, Julie will also look after the West and LATAM regions. Julie brings great technical experience to the team with more than 20 years’ experience in global insurance, most recently as the Americas lead for our Underwriting team.

Lauren, who will be covering Mid-West and Canada, has seven years' expertise working with multinational clients to implement global employee benefits programmes.
