We’re pleased to announce that Suzanna Hicks and Nathan Dewhurst have joined MAXIS as Member Managers, supporting our local insurers (members) across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regions. Suzanna and Nathan join Rebeca Kinloch, Member Manager for the Americas region, and Brian Park, Member Manager for Asia-Pacific (APAC), to complete the Member Management team.

Suzanna joined MAXIS in July 2023. Prior to this, she spent five years at AXA Health, where she was a Care Coordination Pathway Manager, with her responsibilities including change management, project management, third party relationship management, auditing, people management, and more. Suzanna has a strong understanding of both employee benefits, and private medical insurance (PMI), and will be responsible for our members in the UK and Ireland, the Middle East and Africa.

Nathan joined MAXIS as a Member Manager in August 2023, having previously worked at the company from 2019-22 as a Multinational Account Manager in the UK & Ireland Business Development team. In between these positions, Nathan gained further employee benefits experience working for Aon as a Broker Consultant in its Global Coordination team. He will be responsible for our members across continental Europe.

As Member Managers, Suzanna and Nathan are responsible for the management of the MAXIS network members in the EMEA region. They represent these local insurers and their needs across MAXIS GBN projects and initiatives, deliver training and education, and maintain the relationships between MAXIS and our members, ensuring that our network continues to meet the growing needs of our multinational clients, providing the right solutions to help them care for their people.

MAXIS GBN has a network of over 140 members globally, with around 50 of these being based in the EMEA region.
