The MAXIS Global Forum is back and we’re planning for it be our best event yet! We are really looking forward to meeting up with our network partners (members) and clients for a fantastic three-day event in Portugal this September. 

The Forum, titled “Shaping the future”, will take place at the modern, vibrant Oitavos Hotel, in the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, just a short drive from Lisbon, from Wednesday 11 to Friday 13 September 2019.

The event will bring together MAXIS staff, members, clients and intermediaries from all over the world, providing a fantastic opportunity to meet and share knowledge, expertise and experience.

Members of the MAXIS Board, senior leadership team, our dedicated member management team, technical specialists from underwriting, reporting and reinsurance and the business development team will all be there, ready to work with our members to build an ever stronger partnership for the future.

As well as the fantastic networking opportunity, the Forum will be the stage for three days of fascinating discussion, as we join forces with a number of employee benefits (EB) experts who will share their insights on some of the most important topics that are shaping the future of the EB industry.

• Data and digital innovation – a panel of global consultants will discuss how data and digital trends are driving the future of EB.
• Financial Wellness – presenting the growing importance of financial wellness for employees globally and why employers need to consider their financial wellness offering.
• Growing your EB programme or managing a mature Captive – both topics will be discussed in depth as clients share how they continue to manage and evolve their employee benefits offerings
• Global wellness programmes – we will be joined by health and wellness experts from MAXIS and other multinationals who will share the importance of global wellness programmes in keeping employees happy, healthy and productive, ultimately lowering the cost of medical insurance.
