We’re pleased to announce the appointment of two new Regional Directors within our Business Development (BD) team, covering EMEA and the Americas. Aaron Brown and Larry Howley have been appointed to these two new positions that have been created to ensure that our BD team provides the best possible service to clients, network members and intermediaries.
Aaron Brown has been appointed Regional Director – EMEA and is now responsible for all outbound business development across EMEA.
Aaron has over 12 years’ experience working in the global employee benefits industry, joining MAXIS GBN in 2012 from MetLife Europe. He has held various positions at MAXIS GBN, most recently as Regional Manager, UK & Ireland, where he has overseen the relationship with strategic clients across the region. He holds a degree in Global Politics and International Relations from the University of London.

Larry Howley has been appointed Regional Director – Americas, where he will be responsible for leading the outbound Americas Business Development team.
Larry has 13 years’ experience in the insurance industry, having worked across financial management, underwriting and business development. Prior to his new role, Larry was Regional Manager for the US Northeast and led a team of account managers, driving growth across the region. He also spent 5 years as an Underwriting Manager for our Americas region, working with over 50 multinational customers in the technical management of their global programmes. Larry holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, with a concentration in Finance.
Larry Howley, Regional Director – Americas, MAXIS GBN, said: “There’re lots of exciting challenges and opportunities within the Americas region, with some of the largest multinationals looking to innovate in the employee benefits space. I’m excited to be taking on this new role and leading our incredibly strong Americas team to deliver the best service for our clients and key partners in the region.”
