We’re pleased to announce that Jayesh Patel has been appointed Chief Business Development Officer, subject to regulatory checks. Jayesh will join MAXIS GBN on 5 May 2026 and sit on the Executive Committee (ExCom) and report to our CEO, Mattieu Rouot. In his new role, Jayesh will oversee our global Business Development (BD) team, with responsibility for developing and implementing our global BD strategy.
Jayesh will join MAXIS GBN from Allianz Commercial, where he has been Global Head of Multinational Market Practice since 2022, with responsibility for growing its multinational portfolio and market strategy globally. Prior to this he held a number of senior roles at Allianz Global Benefits – having worked with the company for nearly 20 years – including Regional Director for the UK & Ireland and Global Head of Tender & Risk Management. He is a qualified associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and holds an honours degree in Economics from the University of Surrey.
