We’re pleased to announce that Damian Allepuz has been appointed as Regional Director – EMEA within our global Business Development (BD) team.
Damian has been promoted from his role as Regional Manager for Western Europe, taking over from Aaron Brown who is leaving MAXIS to take on an exciting new opportunity in the EB intermediary market.
Damian is responsible for all outbound business development across EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa). He will lead the MAXIS GBN BD teams in the region, ensuring the best possible service for its clients, network members and intermediaries. Since joining MAXIS in 2020, he and his team have doubled the company’s premium volume with Western European multinationals and tripled the number of large European captive clients.

Damian has over 22 years’ experience in the insurance industry where he has held a number of senior sales positions. He holds a General Management degree from Louvain School of Management, Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, and an Executive MBA from HEC (Hautes Études Commerciales), Paris. He is originally from Spain and speaks fluent English, French, Italian and Spanish.
