When a family member is seriously ill, caregiving needs – particularly if unpredictable – can make it difficult for employees to juggle their work alongside their responsibilities at home1 depending on the illness, caregiving needs might stretch over many years while the caregiver both works and cares for their loved one.

Globally, 71% of workers have responsibilities to care for others. In France, the number is currently around 11 million and by 2030, it’s estimated that one in four workers will be a caregiver2.

Considering the needs of caregivers has become critical for employers that want to look after the health and happiness of their employees. But how do they offer the best support? How can they extend their benefits programmes and workplace policies to prioritise caregiving in all its forms – self-care, childcare, eldercare and beyond?

Join our experts from MAXIS, AXA France and Tilia, whose mission is to help companies support their caregiving employees and find out more about this important subject. The event will take place on Thursday 7 March 2024 from 8:30 to 11:00 at Chateauform City in Paris

As this event is taking place in Paris the content will be in French. For those not fluent, keep an eye on our website as we will be sharing some key insights in English soon after 7 March.
