Multinationals have been turning to captives to manage their global employee benefits (EB) risks for many years. And with difficult market conditions, global crises, a war for talent and rising insurance costs, it has never been more important to do so.

They’re just some of the many reasons we’re proud to share the exciting news that we have won the “Employee Benefits Network” award at the 2022 European Captive Review Awards, recognising the help and support we’ve been able to provide our captive clients over the last year.

The ceremony took place on 8 November 2022, the night before the European Captive Forum, in Luxembourg. Mattieu Rouot, CEO, and Business Development Executives, Roberto Russo (UK) Jean David Bridoux (Western Europe) and Tyron Junge (NORCEE) were on hand to pick up the award.

Mattieu Rouot said, “It’s great to be here in Luxembourg among the top captive professionals at the European Captive Forum. We’re very proud to have been chosen for this award against a strong field of EB networks.

“It’s been a tough few years for multinationals looking to care for their people and manage their EB risks in the face of rising costs, a pandemic and more. We’re delighted that the MAXIS team along with our network partners can play a role in helping them manage their captive programmes so they can offer better benefits to their people”
