We’re proud to have been awarded a Gold CSR (corporate social responsibility) Accreditation, achieving an ‘outstanding’ score of 83%. 
The CSR Accreditation recognises an organisation’s commitment to operating in a socially responsible and sustainable way. Our work in this space was reviewed by independent assessors, who evaluated our impact across four key pillars: Environment, Workplace, Community and Philanthropy.
This is an important milestone and reflects our ongoing commitment to sustainability, employee wellbeing and community engagement through our MAXIS for Good initiative. It also provides a strong framework for us to continue to evolve and improve our approach to CSR with greater transparency, better progress benchmarking and alignment with recognised sustainability standards.
