Consolidated financial data at no additional cost

New to market, the global program management solution provides clients with consolidated financial data at no additional cost.

MAXIS Global Benefits Network (MAXIS GBN) has launched a new global program management solution called the MAXIS Global Preferred Data Solution (GPDS). The solutionwill provide consolidated financial data from local MAXIS affiliates for multinational companies whose local benefit programs are neither pooled nor included in any other type of international risk program.

Additionally, MAXIS GPDS provides multinationals with the consultative support of an experienced MAXIS account executive who will help evaluate report data, resolve any local service issues and navigate through local renewals. The multinational will also have access to the broad range of support and services that MAXIS GBN offers, including its industry leading health and wellness reporting and dashboards. The multinational employer is not charged for this solution. For customers who meet certain size and global spread requirements, MAXIS GPDS will be available with the placement of two or more local policies with MAXIS GBN local member insurers.

“Managing employee benefits programs and their cost has increased in complexity in a few short years. Gaining access to data, will not only help multinational employers make decisions about how and where they are spending, but it will also support them in centralising their decision making process,” said Andrew Stocker, head of business development, MAXIS GBN. “Multinational employers know that accurate information is vital to successful global program management. As more and more employers are looking to centralise decision making around the world, we are pleased to be offering this much needed solution as added value for our clients.”

Key advantages to MAXIS GPDS include:

  • The ability for multinational employers to leverage their global size to gain insights into the benefits utilization and costs under their affiliates’ local insurance policies, without having to pool their programs.
  • Specific premium, claim and reserve data, aggregated by policy, by country for group life, accident, disability and health coverages. Current and historical performance over the course of the program, which provides the number of insured employees and historical loss ratios.
  • Access to an experienced benefits expert to help employers evaluate report data, resolve any local service issues and navigate through local renewals.
  • GPDS is offered to multinational employers at no additional cost.
