Employee benefits (EB) have always been a great way of attracting talent. But now more than ever, partly thanks to the impact of the pandemic, employers are realising how important they are for caring for the health and financial security of their people.
And, to help employers offer the benefits their people need and respond to changing demands, they need to be innovative. Innovation is vital in the response to any crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic has sparked a massive shift in how we all work and live.
How have companies adapted their benefits and support to meet employee demands? What benefits do employees want today? How can EB support better employee health and financial wellbeing?
To answer all this and more, Andrew Sim, Regional Executive Account Management Leader, Asia Pacific at MAXIS GBN, will be joining the Virtual Asia employee benefits conference by Asia Insurance Review on Wednesday 29 September at 16:30 (Singapore time).
In the panel session, titled “Innovation in Employee Benefits”, Andrew and Ran Wang, General Manager at Health International, will discuss EB trends in 2021 and beyond, wellbeing, innovation and harnessing the power of data analytics in wellness programmes.
Good luck to all the speakers – we hope you have a great session!
