MAXIS’ very own Aaron Brown, Business Development Regional Manager for UK & Ireland will be taking part in a panel session titled ‘Financing and navigating EB structures in a post-COVID world’ alongside Bill Fitzpatrick, VP, Cooperate Risk Benefits at Deutsche Post, DHL. Richard Cutcher, Executive Producer of the Global Captive Podcast will be the panel moderator.

The panel will explore the long-term impacts of the global pandemic on mental health and stress levels on employees and employers, and look at what companies can do to better support their employees while working at home. Do we need to adapt our policies? What happens if someone has an accident at home? Are we seeing different medical costs and trends?

With the pandemic likely to be at the forefront of all decision making for some time to come, it will be great to hear the panellist’s valuable insights on these subjects.
