Even though the current pandemic has presented many challenges to us both as individuals and as an industry, it’s also highlighted the opportunity we have to re-shape our future. The UK Captive Summit 2021 virtual edition will discuss these challenges and look at opportunities to re-shape captive insurance, employee benefits (EB) and more.

The virtual conference will take place on Thursday 25 and Friday 26 February 2021. We’re pleased to be sponsors of the event this year so if you’re also lucky enough to attend then please remember to tune into our panel session, chat to us via the event platform and check out our booth.
MAXIS’ very own Aaron Brown, Business Development Regional Manager for UK & Ireland will be taking part in a panel session titled ‘Financing and navigating EB structures in a post-COVID world’ alongside Bill Fitzpatrick, VP, Cooperate Risk Benefits at Deutsche Post, DHL. Richard Cutcher, Executive Producer of the Global Captive Podcast will be the panel moderator.
The panel will explore the long-term impacts of the global pandemic on mental health and stress levels on employees and employers, and look at what companies can do to better support their employees while working at home. Do we need to adapt our policies? What happens if someone has an accident at home? Are we seeing different medical costs and trends?
With the pandemic likely to be at the forefront of all decision making for some time to come, it will be great to hear the panellist’s valuable insights on these subjects.
Our panel will be live on air at 10:15am – 10:50am (GMT) on Friday 26 February 2021.
We hope to see you there and good luck Aaron!
