Mattieu Rouot will discuss how employers can care for employees in 2021

As lockdowns extend around the world, the boundaries between personal and professional space has shrunk. Companies and employees have participated in one of the largest social experiments yet – mass working from home. This change in working raises an important question – how can employers care for their employees in this time?

Mattieu Rouot, CEO at MAXIS GBN, will be speaking about this all-important topic at the PARIMA Resilience Week this November and discussing how employee benefits are no longer just part of a talent retention strategy. There’s an expectation that companies go further than ever before to take care of their employees and benefits are a vital part of that.

About the conference

The PARIMA Resilience Week is a programme exclusively crafted by risk managers for risk managers.

The objective of the conference is to provide educational opportunities for risk managers – mainly from the Asia Pacific region, but the invite is open to everyone – in several topics including the state of the market, caring for employees and looking into 2021.

The conference will open its (virtual) doors for industry experts to exchange ideas, challenges, lessons learnt and best practices.

We can’t wait to see you at this great event.
