Mattieu Rouot will be discussing how to take care of employees through employee benefits

Employee benefits (EB) are no longer just part of a talent retention strategy and employees expect companies to go further than ever before to provide benefits that truly care for their needs. COVID-19 has made this feeling stronger, but how can employers care for their employees in this time?

In the face of a global health crisis and a hardening insurance market, large companies are looking for new solutions to control their costs, manage their risks and care for their employees all around the world. COVID-19, the forced shift to working from home and the greater reliance on remote and virtual technology for both wellness and medical care, has changed the benefits employees want and how they expect to access these important services.

Companies that didn’t have a global EB strategy before have been waiting on standby for more than a year now due to the pandemic. However, now there’s light at the end of the COVID tunnel, employers are reviewing their EB strategy and looking to to build global programmes to meet the needs of their employees and control their costs.

Mattieu Rouot, CEO at MAXIS GBN will be speaking about this all-important topic for our first of two webinars at PARIMA Dynamic Huddles at 8 am (UK time) to share ideas, challenges, lessons learned and outlook for EB in the age of COVID.

The second Dynamic Huddle will take place on 28 June with Juliet Kwek, Regional Director, Asia Pacific at MAXIS GBN. It’s going to be fascinating discussions that PARIMA (Pan-Asia Risk and Insurance Management Association) members won’t want to miss.
