MAXIS GBN

Juliet Kwek and Daniel Goh to discuss the journey to an EB captive programme

Multinationals face a range of challenges when delivering employee benefits (EB) globally. Diverse environments and cultures mean employees have different needs and offering competitive EB packages to help retain employees, while controlling costs and streamlining administration is a tough balancing act.

Captive structures can deliver much greater operational and strategic benefits to multinationals compared to pooling arrangements. Using an EB captive, local offices of multinationals have the potential to offer better coverage flexibility and offer extended benefits to their employees, while maintaining a healthy control of costs.

Juliet Kwek, Regional Director, Asia Pacific, at MAXIS GBN and Daniel Goh, Head of Rewards Asia Pacific and Middle East and Global rewards Partner for Ocean and Logistics at Maersk, will be speaking about this all-important topic at PARIMA Dynamic Huddles on Monday 12 July at 9 am (UK time). Daniel will share feedback about implementing an EB captive and how MAXIS has helped Maersk in the journey.

It’s going to be a fascinating discussion and one PARIMA (Pan-Asia Risk and Insurance Management Association) members won’t want to miss.
