MAXIS GBN named Captive Healthcare Specialist of the Year

MAXIS Global Benefits Network (GBN) was named the “Captive Healthcare Specialist of the Year” for the second consecutive year at the UK Captive Service Awards in London.

The annual UK Captive Service Awards, organized by Captive Review, recognize providers that have demonstrated exceptional customer service and innovative product development over the past 12 months.

“MAXIS GBN is honored to be named the Captive Healthcare Specialist of the Year. This award reflects our commitment to providing sustainable and innovative solutions to help our clients manage health insurance costs and proactively improve their employees’ health,” said Andrew Stocker, MetLife’s vice president and head of distribution for Global Employee Benefits.

“Our global network, combined with our local market and regulatory expertise, allows MAXIS GBN to offer clients flexible, holistic solutions to manage their worldwide employee benefits programs, including our industry-leading health and wellness programs,” said Stocker.

A judging panel, comprising representatives from Captive Review, industry experts and corporate risk managers, selected MAXIS GBN to win based on criteria including; 1) company growth: client numbers, premium/assets under management, internal hires, geographic expansion; 2) client satisfaction; 3) genuine product innovation; and 4) adaptability: in the face of client demands and new regulation.

"This prestigious award reflects MAXIS GBN’s leading position in the fast-growing captive healthcare sector, underpinned by both strong data analysis and risk management initiatives, that benefit the health and wellbeing of its insureds," said Richard Cutcher, editor, Captive Review.

MAXIS GBN offers through its members, medical insurance and health and wellness capabilities in over 85 markets with over four million insureds. With its customer-centric focus, MAXIS GBN delivers customer-specific analysis of medical claims, research insights on wellness, client discussion forums, and perspectives on local health and wellness solutions.
